NBIC offers a variety of services and programs to designed to assist entrepreneurs and small businesses. Participation in the Incubator Without Walls program is a $250.00 monthly fee. The Traditional Incubation program rates are based on the suite size and amenities.
NBIC offers administrative assistant support to incubating clients as needed for a nominal fee. All projects require a written request form and estimated time for completion. A twenty-four hour notice of administrative assistant support is required.
The NBIC conference room and training center are available for client and community use. Participants in the NBIC program may use the conference room and training center free of charge unless an attendance fee is charged for the event. Members of the Entrepreneurial Community may reserve the conference room for $25.00/hour with a minimum of two hours, or the training center for $35.00/hour with a minimum of two hours.
