Phylanice Nashe has twenty years of entrepreneurship and business leadership experience in the legal, manufacturing, IT and E-learning industries. She has served as the CEO of the Nashe Law Group, LLC, Co-Founder of Innertainment Delivery Systems, LLC, and Principal of MaxxContent, LLC. Phylancie and Dr. Turner Nashe, her husband and business partner, manage their current portfolio of businesses with an ecosystem of leaders and innovations across their enterprise. Phylanice brings expertise in solving complex issues, recognizing stakeholder needs, developing and leading multi-tiered teams, product development, strategy execution and project management.
Since retirement in 2020, Phylanice serves as the host of The Phylanice Experience podcast, an interview series with African American entrepreneurs on the challenges of business and balancing home and family life. She is an active board member of the Nashville Symphony, serving the Annual Campaign Chair, the Education Committee Chair, and on committees focusing on governance, artistic planning, and equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Phylanice holds a BS from John Carroll University and a JD from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
