Our Signature Growth Stages
Through our proven curriculum, we prepare small business owners to create sustainable, scalable companies. When you join MIGHTY OAK, your business will be guided through the following stages:
Companies in this stage of business focus on mastering business processes, accounting, legal, marketing, operations, and human resources.
Companies in this stage of business are guided through solid cash-flow management processes, profit margin analysis, automated processes, and developing company culture.
Companies in this stage of growth work on developing a solid brand identity, diversification of their clients and customers, financial forecasting, and establishing an advisory committee.
Companies and their owners in this stage of business work on strategic planning, executive structure, succession planning, and receive an executive coach for further development.
Most businesses typically take one year to complete each stage. Some companies take longer to matriculate through the program. Still, when businesses and their owners graduate, the company has added a minimum of five jobs and has revenues of more than $1 million.
Companies that have graduated from our signature MIGHTY OAK program include Beacon Technologies, Christie Cookie Company, Zycron, Green Truck Movers, the founders of Slim + Husky’s, The Grilled Cheeserie, and Archangel Protective Services.
