This is our 12-week program offered in partnership with Operation Hope, Urban League, and First Horizon. It is designed to expose new and aspiring entrepreneurs who earn less than $50,000 in business revenue to the basic business principles needed to run a successful company. This program is ideal for individuals who have an idea for a business but need guidance with establishing a strong foundation upon which to build a successful, sustainable company. Participants receive complimentary admission to our workshops and networking events.
This is our five-week course designed to support entrepreneurs in evaluating their business structures in a way that positions their companies for growth. This course emphasizes strategic planning, operational efficiency, and maximum profitability. This course offers a heavy emphasis on business strategy and planning. FRAMEWORK is ideal for entrepreneurs who need guided support and thought partners to ensure their company is set up for maximum success.
This is our six-month business acceleration program for new and aspiring entrepreneurs who earn a minimum of $50,000 and a maximum of $250,000 in business revenue. It supports entrepreneurs in implementing the financial, legal, marketing, and human capital structures to transform their startup or idea into a thriving company. GROUNDWORK is a mini MIGHTY OAK program that offers entrepreneurs an in-depth look and implement support surrounding our four pillars of business success: accounting, legal, human resources, and marketing.
This is our hallmark incubation program that guides established business owners through our signature stages of business: ACORN, SEEDLING, SAPLING, and MIGHTY OAK. This program requires a minimum three-year commitment and is specifically for those companies best positioned for growth. This program is ideal for companies that have been established at least two years, employ at least one individual, earn revenues of at least $150,000, and have a growth mindset. Most graduates of this program create a minimum of five jobs and earn revenues of at least $1 million. Collaborative co-working space is included with the program, and private offices can be based upon availability.
This is our six-month program for emerging government contractors. This program is designed to demystify the public contracting process for business owners who fall within two distinct categories: professional services and construction/construction-related. Elevate is ideal for established companies that are poised for growth and have an interest in offering their products and services to local, state, and federal government entities.
This our innovative working capital program for entrepreneurs enrolled in our MIGHTY OAK and ELEVATE programs. We offer up to $25,000 to business owners, with lending decisions based on character and program participation. This fund stands out among other initiatives as it doesn’t take credit into account. We also have partnerships with four financial institutions that have pledged to support our clients to become ‘bankable’ within two-years of program participation.
Our Entrepreneur in Residence provides direct support to the business owners enrolled in the, MIGHTY OAK and ELEVATE programs. These entrepreneurs will work directly with proven entrepreneurs in their respective industries for one year. Business owners will receive one-on-one and group support in executing growth plans, building operational capacity, and fostering operational relationships.
Our consultants provide subject-matter expertise to entrepreneurs in all of our programs. When entrepreneurs need specific support, we direct them to our trusted team of experts. These vetted experts work directly with firms on an as needed basis to foster the growth and development of the business owners enrolled in the GROUNDWORK, MIGHTY OAK and ELEVATE programs.
